Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Planning
Datacenter Services Our approach for development of a Business Continuity plan has five main phases:
  • Analysis
  • Solution Design
  • Implementation
  • Testing and Organization acceptance
  • Maintenance

To effectively recover from a disaster requires planning and mitigation of risks across all resources – for example, IT, people, facilities and specialized equipment. Providing for Business Continuity is a top–level concern for enterprises and is vital to maintaining financial confidence and the reputation of the business.
Business Continuity Planning is made up of five components:

  • Disaster recovery
  • Business recovery
  • Business resumption
  • Contingency planning
  • Crisis management

We provide total continuity program management, which consists of three key elements:

  • Customized end-to-end business continuity program to help ensure continuous operations.
  • Company–wide business continuity plan integrated with your business objectives and strategy.
  • Design, implementation and execution of an IT recovery program to mitigate the impact of an interruption.

As part of the complete solution a team of Criti professionals, under the management of a Criti project executive, perform a number of key activities and tasks for you.
The activities include:

  • Project and solution management
  • Risk management
  • Crisis management
  • Coordination of problem and change management.
  • Single point of contact for management communications
We identify critical business processes and their interrelationship with IT and identify potential business and IT risks for each critical process. We assess the impact of information loss and agree on the recovery time objectives and recovery point objectives.
